Refund policy

Return Policy:

  • Applicable In Store Purchases & Online orders may be returned for store credit (less the cost of initial shipping; no refunds) within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Perch is not responsible for the shipping cost of returned online orders/items.
  • Perch is not responsible for items lost or broken in transit. You will need to file a report with the carrier for your package(s).

  • International Shipping is Currently Unavailable.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition free of odors, scratches, etc.. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • To initiate a return request, contact Perch via email info@perchstore.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2101 W Wadley, Suite 40, Midland, TX 79705 

  • If the return request is accepted, you will receive emailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Perch without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your item(s) is lost in transit or arrived with damages, you will need to file a complaint with the shipping company. Perch is not able to file this complaint for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not available for return such as perishable goods, food, flowers, or plants, custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or special order items. Sale, seasonal, and holiday items are FINAL SALE and are unavailable for return.
