Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Perch Home, LLC! Perch ships all of our orders via [USPS/UPS/DHL]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You can find our hours on our website. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the carrier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. Once the courier has scanned your package, Perch is no longer responsible for any delays, loss of package, or damages incurred during transit. In the rare event that any of these things happen to your package, you must contact the courier directly and file a claim.
Please note that we do not have any additional information regarding package tracking. If you have questions about package delays, please contact the courier so that they may assist you with locating your order.
Any and all packages held by the courier for pick up will need to be tracked by the Customer and picked up before the expiration date.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Perch is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
